What is a virtual event?
A virtual event is like a live event – it has a full conference programme, exhibitors and plenty of opportunities to network and exchange ideas – and this can all be accessed from the comfort of your desk. You simply register for the event and log on from your computer when the event goes live. No travel, no fuss – just a great opportunity to learn, network and debate.

Exhibition space
• Exhibition booth within the exhibition hall with 7 tabs.
• Up to 30 pieces of collateral in the exhibition booth – collateral includes: documents, video, files, URLs and links.
• Ability to create your own bespoke exhibition booth with a choice of 8 booth designs.
Conference sponsorship
• Representation on the event’s steering group which is responsible for shaping the event and agreeing the conference content.
• Sponsorship and editorial direction of one of the conferences headline live webinars.
• Sponsorship and panel member of one of the forum/topic threads in the networking lounge / auditorium or on your own exhibition booth.
Reporting, training & lead generation
• Post-show report including booth statistics and full contact information (full name, job title, company and email) of delegates visiting your booth and attending your webinar and forum.
