Careers Now is a virtual event which takes place online
The event will take place online for the two days over 4-5 November and you simply attend from the comfort of your desk. All aspects of the virtual event will be similar to that of a live event – there will be an exhibition hall, a conference auditorium, and a networking lounge. The main difference is that interaction occurs on a computer-to-computer basis as opposed to face-to-face.
This pioneering technology means you can participate in an exhibition and conference without having to leave your desk. Some more answers to frequently asked questions are below.
How much does the event cost to attend?
There is not cost to attending the event, all areas and content within the event are free to access.
How long does the event last?
The live event will take place over two days on 4-5 November 2010, and if you miss anything you can log back on to the on-demand event afterwards to download any white papers, catch-up on the conference programme, or simply get in touch with your peers.
Can my colleagues also attend?
Yes, simply send them to this website where they too can register to attend for free.
Can I move around freely within the event?
Yes – there are no restrictions, you can simply pop in and out of the auditorium, networking lounge, exhibition hall or media centre as you please.
What do I receive if I register to attend the event?
You will receive free access to all parts of the event including the full conference programme and networking lounge, careers advice and whitepapers on the event.
I have registered to attend, what happens next?
You will shortly receive an autogenerated confirmation email containing basic information on your registration. On the day of the event you will be sent a reminder email informing you that the event has now gone live. If you have not received your autogenerated confirmation email by 1 November 2010, please contact us at support@inxpo.com.
